PASTOR RON EIVAZ
Ron Eivaz serves as the Senior Pastor of Harvest Church, a growing, multi-campus church based in California, with a weekly attendance of around 1,500 people. With nearly three decades of pastoral leadership, Ron is passionate about building Spirit-filled churches marked by the presence of God, strong leadership, and healthy, sustainable growth.
He is known for developing leaders, strengthening church culture, and helping pastors lead with both spiritual authority and practical wisdom. Ron also leads the Harvest Ministry Network, equipping pastors and churches to grow, multiply, and expand their impact.
Ron is the author of Kingdom Multiplication, a resource focused on unlocking generosity and mission-driven growth in the local church. His wife, Jennifer, is an accomplished author who has written multiple books that have encouraged and strengthened believers in their faith and personal walk with God.
Ron and Jennifer have been married for over 30 years and share a deep commitment to seeing churches renewed, leaders strengthened, and people walking fully in their God-given calling.
CHURCH RENEWAL JOURNEY
When Ron stepped into the lead pastor role at Harvest Church, the church was coming out of a prolonged season of decline. His predecessor had begun the important work of bringing health and initiating change, but the church was still at a defining crossroads—there was progress, but the future was not yet secure.
Less than a year after becoming senior pastor, a powerful move of God began to sweep through the church. Renewal came in a real and tangible way—people were being transformed, spiritual hunger increased, and the atmosphere of the church shifted.
In that moment, Ron had to learn how to lead in two directions at once: stewarding the presence of God while simultaneously building the leadership, systems, and culture needed to sustain long-term growth. That season shaped a lasting conviction: renewal must be stewarded, not just experienced.
Today, Harvest Church is a healthy, growing, multi-campus church impacting its region through a strong culture of faith, leadership development, and generosity, while continuing to prioritize the presence and power of God. Ron now helps other pastors navigate that same tension—how to host what God is doing while building a church that can sustain it and multiply its impact.
PASTOR LANCE LOWELL
Pastor Lance Lowell is the Senior Pastor of Neighborhood Church in Modesto, California, a growing and vibrant congregation with more than 250 people gathering each Sunday. With over three decades of pastoral leadership experience, Lance has devoted his life to helping people encounter Jesus, experience spiritual transformation, and discover God's purpose for their lives.
Lance also serves as a Presbyter with the Northern California and Nevada District of the Assemblies of God, where he provides encouragement, coaching, and spiritual oversight to pastors and churches throughout the region. He is deeply passionate about caring for pastors and equipping church leaders to cultivate healthy, Spirit-filled ministries that lead people into greater encounters with God through presence-driven ministry.
CHURCH RENEWAL JOURNEY
Since becoming Senior Pastor of Neighborhood Church in 2011, Lance has led the congregation through a remarkable journey of renewal. When he stepped into leadership, the church had experienced years of spiritual decline, financial hardship, and a damaged reputation within the community. Significant debt threatened the future of the church, and many believed its best days were behind it.
Rather than focusing solely on programs or strategies, Lance called the church to seek God through prayer, fasting, repentance, and consecration. As the congregation pursued the presence of God, spiritual renewal began to take root. Lives were transformed, faith was restored, and God breathed new life into a church that many had considered beyond recovery. This experience ignited in Lance a lifelong passion for leading spiritual renewal and helping churches discover that no congregation, community, or circumstance is too far gone for the transforming power of God.
Lance is also known for helping lead Modesto Downtown Worship, a citywide movement that brings together churches from across denominational lines to publicly exalt the name of Jesus, contend for revival, and stand against spiritual strongholds affecting the city. Through united worship gatherings in the heart of the city, pastors and believers stand shoulder to shoulder as one Church, proclaiming the Gospel, ministering to the lost, and demonstrating the love and power of Christ in the public square.
Today, Lance carries a burden to equip and encourage pastors who long to see renewal in their own ministry contexts. His passion is to help leaders cultivate healthy cultures of prayer, worship, discipleship, and spiritual vitality; navigate seasons of challenge and transition; and develop Spirit-filled leadership teams that impact not only their local churches but also the cities and communities God has called them to serve.
Whether serving his local church, mentoring pastors, or gathering believers across a city, Lance's mission remains the same: to see the Church awakened to the presence of God, the lost reached with the Gospel, and communities transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
